What I love about the word "project" is that it can describe practically anything that took more than two hours, no matter the brainrotting effect it had on you and everyone exposed to it. Mostly though it applies to either questionable acts of home improvement or files on a computer.
I am personally a big fan of creating new files on my computer then expertly abandoning them forever, the ideas keeping me up at night and boring me during the day. Maybe, just maybe by putting them out there, I'll have more motivation to work on them.
